I saw this happen during a decent, but not heavy, rainstorm in DFW. Is that normal?

Yeah, it’s normal. Sensors often struggle to detect things properly in heavy rain.

Fog, rain, hell a tornado or two. Mines never gone out lol. Ive even gone mudding in the ole girl and ive yet to see this message but never say never.
