Has anyone else run into this problem It started almost right after I updated and then worked fine for a couple of days. This morning, though, it started acting up again I turned off the car and back on but it did not fix it. I updated on Monday and today is Sunday.
Usually my navigation is on the left but it just kept trying to load. When it does that all the navigation buttons stop responding. I turned off my car for 6 hours and now it is working again
I use Apple CarPlay Not sure what you are dealing with here but my car is in the shop at the moment because it keeps disconnecting randomly. It doesn’t happen often maybe a dozen times in a week of driving. Here is a video of the problem https://youtu.be/-2U6sbpyb5s
Kia is struggling to figure it out so I wonder if you have the same issue.
Sometimes my display will shut off for more than a minute but it always comes back on
@Kenan
I don’t think I’ve experienced that yet Everything has been fine since June when I bought the car. I haven’t used Apple CarPlay since the new iPhone launched because we don’t have wireless CarPlay on the Sportage PHEV and the USB-C port just charges The last thing I want is to pay $30 for a USB-C to Lightning adapter

Does the USB port in the middle not work for CarPlay This is the 2023 Sportage right
Yeah that’s the year It works for the iPhone 14 and older. The iPhone 15 uses USB-C so it probably just clicks and I doubt I’ve tried a USB to USB-C, which is how Androids probably get theirs working
Have you thought about doing a factory reset I think it is somewhere in the settings If that does not work try pressing and holding the small pinhole reset button next to the volume knob for 5 seconds and then release it. You can use a paperclip or a pen
